| Sanliurfa is one of the oldest civilizations in Mezopotamia. It’s history is 13,500 years long. Harran, Suayb city and Sogmantar are also well known by their rich architectural structures. This is the city where cigkofte found its taste from isot (dried-red peper). Mira (bitter-coffe) and other traditional foods, beverages and desserts are being serverd to people who are open to new tastes. Ataturk dam (world’s-3rd biggest dam) brings another importance to this city.
